Because each tune is a custom digital service, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once work has started or a tune file has been delivered — even if the result does not meet the customer’s expectations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle. Griffin Built reserves the right to deny refunds for claims related to miscommunication or misuse of the tune.
